Fees and Cancellation Policy

Fees are $180 for a 50 minute session. This is paid at time of session

 

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you can receive a Medicare rebate of $85 per session, for 10 sessions per calendar year.

A Mental Health Care Plan can be obtained through your GP.

Please ensure you bring your Mental Health Care Plan with you to your initial appointment. Alternatively you can email it to timreadingcounselling@gmail.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment.

 

If you provide less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a $80 administration fee. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to attend, you will be charged the full consult fee. These fees are withdrawn from the debit/credit card you have nominated on file.
